When we open The Giddy Garden bar, drinks will be more than just refreshments, they’re little rituals. Potions designed to delight, served by cheeky costumed characters.

We’re intentionally building our bar and future café with a low-waste ethos at its core. That means thoughtful choices around how drinks are served, where ingredients come from, and selecting options where we can refill. Expect kegs and refillable drinks, reusable cups, minimal packaging, and a strong focus on working with local suppliers who share our values.

We’re also excited to offer a rich range of non-alcoholic options, not as an afterthought, but as something genuinely delicious and considered. Elixirs, herbal infusions and playful mocktails that feel just as special as anything with alcohol.
